Suffolk Trail Festival

This episode is all about ultra running but!! more than that a local one to me the Suffolk trail fest. I had the chance to chat with Kelly the host and organiser of this great event.

A grate atmosphere and fantastic venue. There is plenty for the family to have a real good time.
